During the 37 plus years I was with the Ellis Company I served clients in Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, Oakland, Richmond, and beyond. Bill Ellis closed up shop in the East Bay in 2011. It was at this time I became associated with Jack and Jeremy LeBeau of Aloha Bay Realty. The Ellis Company and Aloha Bay Realty shared the same office space, so the transition was quick and easy. I appreciate and enjoy working with Jack and Jeremy because they take a professional approach to their business and are a supportive team of Realtors.
I have witnessed many changes in the real estate business over the years, and bring this wealth of information and insight into each of my transactions today. I have learned to ride out markets, good and bad, and give my clients realistic information and support. I have a background in education and find that I am often “teaching” my clients what they need to know and understand to navigate this large purchase or sale.
I enjoy the relationships I develop with clients and have had a number of them come back, or send me referrals, because they were satisfied with my work. Recently I had the pleasure of helping a long time client sell her Berkeley Maybeck home for $1,900,000. She purchased it almost 30 years ago, with my assistance as her real estate agent. This is a testament to the kinds of relationships I build with my clients and that I take pride in achieving.
