About Menelva: Born to a college professor and public school teacher in Texas, I moved to California in 1969 and revel in the beauty and blended lifestyles.
My real estate career began in 1979 and includes being an agent, lender and briefly managing the Berkeley Association of Realtor’s. My education began at Lamar University and later at Texas College, Texas Southern University, Merritt and Laney Colleges as a Biology/Math and Accounting major.
